We’re partnering with a high growth business looking for an experienced Retail Media Lead to drive commercial performance and shape best-in-class retail media strategies in a fast-moving, ever-evolving landscape.In this role, you’ll guide clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, overseeing performance across Amazon Advertising, DSP, and AMC. You’ll also play a key role in business growth — identifying new opportunities, contributing to pitches, and helping to scale operations alongside senior leadership.As a people-first leader, you’ll nurture talent, champion development, and build a culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
