The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in their designated area, ensuring the smooth functioning of retail activities, and driving sales growth. This role requires attention to details, a strategic mindset, and a passion for technology.Main Responsibilities:· Maintain and develop professional relationships with major customers.· Set standards and objectives for different store levels and follow up with them.· Provide Xiaomi management team with weekly market reports on sell-out, product availability, stock levels, and competitor activities.· Identify problems, remove obstacles, and assess opportunities to ensure business growth.· Manage the presence of Xiaomi in Points of Sale (POSM, Branding) according to guidelines.· Train, motivate, and mentor retail staff· Present New Product Introductions/Presentations to retail partners and personnel.· Communicate with the Field Force Manager regarding sales issues/objectives.Candidate Profile:· Working experience in technological products or FMCG.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Good command of the English language.· Proficient in MS Office and internet literate.· Good time management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.· Hard-working and willing to achieve challenging targets under high pressure.· Strong learning capability for the latest technologies and solutions.· Self-motivated and positive attitude.The Company Offers:· Competitive remuneration package.· Company car, laptop, and smartphone.· Opportunities for career growth and development· Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Application Deadline: 17/11/2025Xiaomi Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
