This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to enhance category performance.Your roleAssortment/Analytics Management (Frames & Sunglasses, Lenses and Contact Lenses)Support the Category Manager in the assortment/product range performance monitoringPrepare report & analysis on the assortment performance KPIs for internal meetingsCollect information on customer’s needs, Swiss market and competitive landscapeUse local data systems to analyse performance, pulling out key trends to show the narrativeProduct lifecycle managementMaster Data key interlocutor to maintain update products informationInterface with suppliers / internal stakeholders to collect product dataParticipate in Product documentation creationContribute to NPI and discontinuation managementPresentationsCreate presentations for key stakeholders and company meetingsPresent findings of market analysisSupport the Category Manager in day-to-day operation and department’s category projectsYour Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree or master’s degree university, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredSome practical experience through prior internships or professional experiencesCategory Management experience a plusLanguages : French_Fluent; English_Fluent (C1 minimum); German_a plusResults driven, analytical and consumer-orientatedPro-active and able to work in a constantly evolving local and international environmentTeam-player with strong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of current software systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointThe internship is only open to people who meet the following legal requirements : Be enrolled in a school or vocational training program provided for by cantonal or federal legislation (e.g., vocational baccalaureate, college, university of applied sciences, university).What’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
