Retail & Micro Loans Data Analytics Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager

Role PurposeTo optimize retail loan collection performance through analytical models, data analysis, and actionable insights. Develop data-driven strategies to improve collection efficiency, enhance risk segmentation, and support operational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and update scorecards, segmentation models, and forecasting algorithms used in retail loan collection processes.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; present trend analyses to senior management.Support strategic action plans with data analysis to reduce delinquency and default rates.Collaborate closely with collections operations teams to implement data-driven action plans.Design predictive models using machine learning and advanced analytics to detect delinquency risk in advance.Responsible for modifying and updating decision support system software and collection rules.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements in data management and reporting processes.Conduct A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve collection efficiency via digital channels.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.Preferably max 6 years experienced in collections analytics, risk analysis, or credit risk management within the banking sector.Experience in data analysis and modeling using SQL, Python, or R.Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and result-oriented mindset.Team player with excellent communication skills.Preferably proficient in written and reading English.
