Who We Are Looking For?As the Retail Operations Area/ Cluster Manager, he/she will lead and manage a group of store manager to deliver area business plan and KPIs within budget. To be accountable for overseeing the individual store activities are effectively carried out. Assist in achieving financial and operational goals of the business. Coach and supervisor a team of Store Managers to deliver excellent retail experience for our customers in order to achieve sales and other retail targets.What Awaits You:Support to stores on delivering KPIs on Sales, profitability and service standardLead and motivate a team of Store In Charge to achieve business objectives, operations excellence in Store & Service standardsAnalyse reports and trends, to engaged internal functions to identify opportunities and roll out plansTo assess store environments and workflow in order to put up practical proposals for business improvementTo comply with company procedures at all times in order to protect valuable assets including its people and to achieve company KPIsReview store surrounding retail environments to identify areas for improvement opportunitiesResponsible in identifying potentials candidates among the store teams and groom them as part of succession planningBe exemplary role model to the team members in work ethics and sales driven with a flair for creativityWe Are Excited About You If You Have:Diploma holder with a passion for retail managementAt least 3 years of operational experience in a similar capacityKnowledge of Retail/ Health&Beauty related industryPossess Strong leadership qualitiesConfident & self-drivenStrong integrity and professionalismResults orientated, resourceful, and willing to be “hands-on” when requiredWith good analytical skills & commercial senseMeticulous and committedStrong level of judgementGood communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skillsCoaching and supervisory skillsPlanning skillsDigitally InclinedWhy Should You Join Watsons?Watsons is Singapore’s leading beauty and health retailer with more than 100 stores located islandwide.
