Retail Operations Manager – Minted Gold Bars & Jewellery

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations or Sales Manager with a background in minted gold bars, jewellery to advise on and manage the rollout of new premium bullion products.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on knowledge of product presentation, customer experience, pricing logic, and sales operations across physical and digital retail channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on store layout, sales process, and customer experience for gold bar retail.Recommend product denominations, packaging suppliers, and display standards.Share insight into pricing logic, premium management, and competitor positioning.Guide on staff structure, incentives, and sales targets.Help develop operational SOPs for inventory, cash, and reconciliation.Advise marketing team on effective retail messaging and promotionsRequirements5–10 years of experience in gold/jewellery retail or bullion sales.Strong understanding of product premiums, purity, and market dynamics.Experience with luxury or investment-grade precious metals.Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and stock management.Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
