Retail Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operation Manager to lead and drive the performance of our retail business across three brands: Valino, Arnold Palmer, and Kent & Crew. This role oversees sales achievement, operational efficiency, and team performance across all stores.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze store sales and operational performance for planning and improvement.Develop and execute strategies on sales, stock management, display, and manpower.Ensure alignment of strategy, decision-making, and execution with top management.Oversee store maintenance and coordinate new store openings.Build and maintain strong relationships with mall and department store partners.Set and monitor sales targets for Regional Managers and Area Supervisors.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Retail Operation Manager.Proven leadership and people management capability.Strong analytical, management, and negotiation skills.Solid financial and business analysis understanding.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
