This role will partner closely with retail and corporate leadership to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that supports continued business growth.Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions (Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Visual Merchandisers)Partner with Retail leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plansDevelop proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referralsBuild strong pipelines through networking, competitor mapping, referrals, and industry outreachHost hiring events and participate in job fairs when neededEnsure clear, consistent communications with applicants throughout the hiring processTravel to retail store locations Required Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Minimum Qualifications:2–5+ years of retail recruiting experience, preferably within contemporary and luxury brandsStrong understanding of retail operations and store leadership structuresStrong organizational and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual in SpanishA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $75,000-$85,000.
