Linde Hellas Single Person LTDRetail Sales Representative (m/f/d)Mandra, Greece｜req26056What You Will Enjoy DoingIn this role, you will be responsible for managing the Sales Partners network, aiming at better understanding Sales Partners’ needs and recommending appropriate solutions to ensure that our product offering meets their needs and provides the maximum value to them and end customersAdditionally, you will build and maintain mutual beneficial relationship with Sales Partners, aiming at driving repeated business and increasing the market share, while at the same time, ensuring excellence through training and supportIn addition, you will maintain and expand the Sales Partners’ network by identifying new opportunities and prospects, aiming at increasing the Company’s presence and sales in GreeceMoreover, you will engage in sales reporting, due diligence, business reviews and performance evaluations of the Sales Partners, as well as you will calculate sales commissions, monthlyFurthermore, you will be responsible for contract management and conflict resolution, as well as managing legal actions and overseeing settlement agreementsLastly, you will have to stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the sectorWhat Makes You GreatYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related disciplineAlso, you bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the industrial sector, along with a solid understanding of the gas cylinder business and its key stakeholdersIn addition, you demonstrate strong drive for achievement, business acumen, and resilience, with the ability to solve complex problems and develop customer-centric solutionsMoreover, you work well under pressure, managing high volumes of information and tight deadlines through effective prioritization and organizational skillsAdditionally, you demonstrate very good interpersonal and communication skills, having the ability to communicate technical information to customers, effectivelyFurthermore, you have excellent command of the English language and very good working knowledge of MS Office and SAPLastly, you will be able to make short domestic trips, primarily for visiting Sales Partners and supporting business activities; therefore, a valid driving license is requiredWhy you will love working with usAre you looking for challenges?
