Retail Store - Sales Representative

We are looking for a Saudi national to work in our retail store in Diriyah. The right person should have knowledge of both Saudi and Arabic culture, and enjoy welcoming and helping customers experience our products and store. The job includes managing the store, assisting customers, and sharing the story of our products and brand.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for opening and closing the store each dayWelcome and assist customers, including locals and touristsExplain the story and concept behind the products and the brandKeep the store clean, organized, and well-presentedEnsure products are displayed and restocked properlyHandle cash, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, and prepare daily reportsMaintain a proper appearance and wear the official Saudi uniformReport any problems or issues in the store to the managerWork with the team to achieve sales and service goalsRepresent the brand with respect and professionalismRequirementsFluent in Arabic and good in EnglishFriendly, respectful, and customer-focusedAble to handle cash and use sales systemsKeeps the store clean and well-organizedKnowledge of Saudi culture and heritageFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidaysExperience in museum or cultural retail is a plus
