Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead the flagship store of a premium European fashion brand in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering outstanding customer experience, and leading a diverse team in one of the brand’s highest-volume locations in the region.This role requires strong leadership capability, business acumen, and a passion for contemporary fashion and styling.Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations to maintain service, visual, and operational standardsDevelop and execute store action plans aligned with business goals and customer needsEnsure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local labour regulationsManage performance, build talent pipelines, and drive succession planningOptimize workforce planning based on peak trading hours and customer trafficReview sales performance regularly to identify growth opportunitiesDrive key retail metrics: conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer satisfactionDeliver a premium, customer-centric in-store experienceUphold brand visual standards and seasonal presentation guidelinesWork closely with VM teams to create engaging product displaysManage stock integrity through counts, replenishment, and transfersRequirements:Minimum 5–8 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashionProven leadership ability in managing high-volume stores with sizeable teamsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skillsStrong commercial acumen with experience in analyzing sales data and driving business outcomesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with varied demands and priorities
