All rights reserved.Job PurposeManage and strategize field operations to maximize efficiency in retail channels through effective supervision of in-store sales teams (PCs, Supervisors), execution of in-store promotions, and coordination with Field Force Agencies and Key Account Channels to support sales objectives and enhance brand image.Key Accountabilities Field Force ManagementPlan and allocate sales personnel (BA / PC / PC Supervisor) appropriately across sales channels.Supervise PC Supervisors and PCs, and establish performance tracking systems by area. Agency CoordinationManage collaboration with Field Force Agencies, including contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and budgets. In-store Execution & ActivationPlan and execute in-store promotional activities (promotions, sampling, display setup). Key Account ExecutionCoordinate with the Key Account team to plan sales activities and manage PC / PC Supervisor teams jointly. Reporting & Data AnalysisAnalyze sales data, activity reports, and field team performance.ExperienceAt least 2–3 years of work experience in a retail supervisor or store manager position.Experience in the retail, FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry, or in paint and construction materials businesses will be an advantage.Strong leadership and team motivation skills to achieve sales and operational targets.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience.Experience in managing PC (Product Consultant/Promoter) teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficient in store management and data analysis software.Good communication and interpersonal skills.A highly collaborative team player with a results-oriented attitude.CompetenciesAccepting DirectionAccepting ResponsibilityAcquiring InformationAt AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
