Retail Territory Manager

The OpportunityWe're looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to join our Retail Field team in Auckland.In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are always on shelf, building strong relationships with our Retail partners, and driving growth across your territory.This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone ready to make an impact and grow their career in FMCG.What You Will DoExecute the Field Plan within your territory, ensuring product compliance, visibility, and availability across Retail stores.Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, store management, and the wider GF team.Drive growth through discretionary activity, non-core ranging opportunities, and promotional initiatives.Manage in-store ordering, returns, and reporting using Salesforce and other systems.Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and provide insights to support Retail strategy.Champion health, safety, and wellbeing in-store and within your team.What You Will BringMinimum 3 years' experience in FMCG or a related field, with strong commercial acumen.Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong understanding of P&L, retail operations, and customer needs.Computer literacy with Salesforce, Power BI, and other business tools.Current driver's license (restricted or full) and a customer-focused mindset.About UsWe are a leading regional food company across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific, delivering some of New Zealand's most iconic and trusted brands including Edmonds, Meadow Fresh, Freya's, Molenberg, and Puhoi Valley.We believe success comes down to our people.
