Retail Zone Specialist

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Zone Specialist, located in Seoul, South Korea. The Retail Zone Specialist will oversee retail operations within designated zones, ensuring all stores meet brand standards and sales performance goals. Duties include managing day-to-day activities, supporting retail staff and managers, monitoring inventory, analyzing sales data, and implementing sales strategies. Occasional participation in training programs and performance evaluations for retail teams may also be required.QualificationsRetail management, customer service, and team leadership skillsProficiency in data analysis, sales reporting, and decision-making based on metricsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic retail environmentKnowledge of retail operations and market trends in South KoreaBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in retail or a similar role is highly desirable
