We are currently seeking a proactive, data-driven Retailer Finance Specialist to join our team. As a Retailer Finance Specialist, you will partner with internal stakeholders in optimizing retailer profitability, validating data in our Financial reporting system, and driving continuous improvement across financial processes at BMW Northern Europe.As a Retailer Finance Specialist, you will collect relevant data and analyze the financial performance of retailer partners to inform strategic decision-making. You will consistently strive to enhance the data quality provided by retailer partners and ensure the integrity and efficiency of the reporting process. You will play a pivotal role in validating financial results and overseeing follow-up reporting activities to support agency-model-related initiatives. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for profitability improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial results and evaluate retailer-partner investment proposals.What awaits you?Drive Profitability: Support and optimize the profitability and cost efficiency of our retail partners through performance tracking.Financial Partnership: Act as the financial counterpart for field forces, business departments, and external consulting agencies.Insight Analytics: Ensure availability, assessment, and validation of relevant data to make informed financial decisions.Process Improvement: Support with finance and reporting procedures at retailer partner level.Quality Data Management: Continuously support to improve and maintain the quality and comprehensiveness of data and relevant statistics.Strategic Project Objectives: Provide key support in strategic projects, with a focus on data quality and completeness. Handle ad hoc projects and topics as needed.Joining a dynamic, energetic team that fosters a collaborative and engaging work environment.What should you bring along?University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.2+ years of relevant work experience within controlling and/or accounting - ideally within automotive retail, consulting, or related industries.Enjoy working with numbers and have a detail and quality-oriented approach.Excellent proficiency in Excel/Power Point and good understanding of financial IT systems.Strong analytical, collaborative and communication abilities.
