Apply to find out more.About you:You enjoy working with customers and helping teams stay organized. You’re good at keeping track of many tasks at once and making sure everything gets done on time. You communicate clearly, you’re comfortable with data, and you like solving problems in a practical way. You work well with others and you’re not afraid to ask questions or share ideas.This is a temporary contract for 12 months. Day-to-day, you will:Manage renewal-risk and cancellation cases by assigning them to the right team members, tracking progress, and making sure actions are completed on time.Follow up with customers and Customer Success Managers, including carrying out exit interviews with customers who choose to leave.Support weekly renewal-risk meetings by preparing slides and sharing clear updates about case status and risk levels.Provide simple reports, respond to retention-related emails, and complete tasks from internal meetings to keep everything running smoothly.Your skills and experiences might also include:Experience working with customers or managing cases in a support or service environment.Confidence using data to create clear summaries, reports, or presentations.The ability to stay organized and work through high volumes of tasks without losing attention to detail.A positive approach to teamwork and communicating across different teams.What are we all about? The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
