If you thrive in a structured environment with clear goals, value precision in your work, and enjoy collaborating with a focused international team while working remotely, read on.Tasks:Work closely with the CEO to lead all user retention and lifecycle marketing activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and reactivation flows.Plan, organize, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, including segmentation, messaging, and automation workflows.Develop and maintain campaign calendars, user journey maps, lifecycle playbooks, and SOPs.Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analyses; identify drop-off points and churn drivers; propose and implement improvements.Manage quality assurance, A/B testing, and optimization of user journeys, campaigns, and internal processes.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product, development, marketing, and customer support to improve retention-focused features, messaging, and user experience.Ensure compliance with GDPR, unsubscribe management, and messaging regulations.Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs (e.g., retention, churn, engagement) via dashboards; present findings to management and stakeholders.Coordinate with external partners (e.g., CRM or ESP providers) and explore new retention channels and monetization opportunities.Participate in strategic planning, campaign prioritization, and reactivation initiatives for lapsed users.We're looking for someone with:At least 2 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention (app experience a plus)Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a data-related field preferredExcellent command of English; German or Russian is a plusWe're a great match if you:Can turn a user journey into a well-oiled machine that consistently delivers resultsPrefer to work hands-on rather than delegating unnecessarilyValue autonomy but also thrive on working toward clearly defined targetsWork methodically, maintain an overview at all times, and can prioritize effectivelyAre dependable, disciplined, and focused on solutionsHave no patience for needless bureaucracy or meetings that should have been emailsBenefitsA challenging but well-structured role with creative freedomFlat hierarchies, direct communication, and close collaboration with the CEOA friendly, international team built on mutual trust and clear decision-makingThe opportunity to contribute to an established, financially stable start-up with a five-year track recordFlexible part-time schedule and fully remote positionPaid annual leaveGet in touchIf you can deliver measurable impact and help us reach our goals, we want to hear from you.
