Then this is for you!Job DescriptionOur Retention Specialist plays a vital role in the marketing department. You will be responsible for scheduling and executing our direct marketing campaigns, including targeted email and SMS advertising, digital engagement content, promotions, and mobile-app messaging. You will also assist with managing content and its placement.Here is what you will be doing:Assist with driving the direct marketing strategy across SMS, email, and other digital marketing platforms Set up, test, execute, and report on marketing campaigns and promotions across various platforms. Configure and distribute landing pagesBrief in designers and copywriters timeously and review their workManage timelines and schedules for external communications Research, evaluate, segment, and pull list selections for targeted and mass mailings from the gaming systemConduct competitor analysis of direct marketing campaigns Update content on client facing websites via back-office toolsConfiguration and testing of promotions and campaignsManaging the ongoing relationship with our existing advertising partners. Monitor and analyse the performance of affiliates and campaigns, offering guidance and strategies to maximize revenue and performance. Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing them with promotional materials, updates, and support.
