Retention Specialist

Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a remote Retention Business Analyst to join their team. This role will be remote, but must support PST business hours.*This is an 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*In this role, you will be responsible for looking at and interpreting employee feedback on why individuals may be leaving to improve overall employee retention. You will deep dive into feedback from their front-line experts and partners to uncover key insights that will directly shape their retention strategies.Responsibilities:Analyze feedback - leverage feedback surveys and data sources to identify trends, pain points, and key drivers related to employee and partner retentionGenerate insights - stand up new surveys or facilitate focus groups to explore their findingsCommunicate findings - Create and deliver compelling bi-weekly reports and executive-level presentations using Google Slides and docs, then share insights with stakeholdersSkills:3+ years of experience in a data-focused role reviewing feedback from employees or customersExperience with SQL and Python is a plusAbility to communicate with various audiences and present complex informationMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
