For the support of our growing and ambitious team, we are looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/d)Vienna (on-site) – part time, 30 hours/week - immediate startYour Role/ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & CoordinationAct as the main point of contact for IT-related issues and requests within the organization. Coordinate with the global IT team on projects, migrations, and shared systems. Support onboarding and offboarding processes in alignment with internal policies and external IT requirements. Ensure shared desks and IT workspaces are tidy and fully operational.
Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and related peripherals. IT AdministrationManage internal SaaS applications and user accounts in a sub-admin role, including access control and configuration within defined permissions. Oversee IT hardware lifecycle: ordering, inventory tracking, maintenance, and disposal in compliance with standards (e. g. , NIST). Administer and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), including project creation, workflow configuration, and automations. Provide user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and SaaS platforms. Compliance & SecurityEnsure IT operations align with company security policies and ISO 27001 principles.
Support IT audits and system validation activities as needed. Monitor access controls and maintain audit trails. Team ManagementManage and mentor one junior IT staff member, delegating tasks and ensuring development. Your ProfileRequirementsExperience: Minimum 3+ years in an IT role (system administration, IT support, or IT operations). Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 ToolsUser management and administrationSolid hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware (setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting). Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external IT stakeholders. Languages: German C1English C2Nice-to-HaveUnderstanding of information security standards (ISO 27001 experience is a plus).
