Our growing network of communities supports individuality, diversity, and spirit, while we work towards transforming the independent retirement living market in the UK. We're ambitious. We're values-driven. And we're just getting started. As Company Secretary, you'll be the guardian of governance, compliance, and corporate risk management across a complex, fast-growing, multi-entity business (currently c.
55 entities and counting). You'll work closely with the Board, Executive Team, and wider business - going beyond traditional company secretarial duties to cover GDPR/Data Protection (as DPO), risk, assurance, and strategic governance projects.
