We’re building the easiest way to get them online.TasksWe’re looking for an Retouching Innovation Specialist with a strong background in Photoshop and retouching to push the boundaries of product & model photography with AI. You’ll combine retouching mastery with new AI tools to develop workflows, create stunning visuals, and help scale Squareshot’s next chapter.What you’ll doResearch and test the latest AI tools (image, video, 3D, manipulation).Create AI-assisted product & model visuals, refine with advanced Photoshop retouching.Build and document workflows for scalable production.Collaborate with art direction and production teams to deliver client-ready assets.Evaluate output quality and continuously improve prompts & processes.RequirementsMust-have skillsAdvanced Photoshop skills, 3+ years as product/model retoucher.Strong portfolio of e-commerce retouching work.Hands-on experience with AI tools (CharGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Gemini, etc.).Ability to craft effective prompts for image/video generation.Curiosity, speed of learning, and independence.Nice to haveUnderstanding of performance/creative marketing.Figma & Adobe Suite experience beyond Photoshop.Motion/short-form video editing basics.BenefitsWe offerA healthy environment where mutual respect is key.Flexible work schedule.
