We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).Key datesApplications: 1 June – 14 December 2025Recruitment: September 2025 – January 2026Programme start: September 2026What You'll Be DoingBuilding analytical tools and machine learning models (like dashboards and ETLs) to support product launchesImproving visibility in user sign-up flows and operational funnelsEnhancing and maintaining data infrastructure, including ETLs and LookML, to make data accessible and reliableCollaborating with teams across Operations, Growth, and Product to refine features and uncover insightsSupporting decision-making with ad-hoc analysis (e.g., incentive profitability, conversion rates, interest rate sensitivity)Sharing progress with global teams and learning from senior leadersManaging tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomesReceiving regular feedback to support your developmentWhat You'll NeedA predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) in computer science, maths, physics, or a related fieldTo have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026Impressive Python and SQL skillsAn interest or experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineeringA solid foundation in maths and statisticsAn interest in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineeringGreat problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetFluency in English and excellent communication skillsFull-time availability from September 2026 and the ability to travel to a local Revolut office (this is a hybrid role)Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
