Reva Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team and support our international brands. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our users receive fast, friendly, and effective help—mainly through email support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, understands the importance of clear communication, and is comfortable using digital tools in a fast-paced, global environment. What You’ll DoHandle email-based support tickets via Zendesk, assisting users with subscription cancellations, refund requests, and general inquiries. Deliver empathetic, accurate, and timely responses with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Work with mostly English-language tickets—non-English queries will be translated using AI tools unless you're fluent in that language. Learn to use various internal tools and platforms, including payment service providers (such as Stripe or Adyen) and subscription management systems. What We’re Looking ForExperience working with Zendesk or a similar customer support tool. Strong written communication skills in English. The ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently. A working webcam and microphone for internal communication with the team. Willingness and availability to work Danish business hours (typically 09: 00–17: 00 GMT+2), Monday through Friday.
Nice-to-HaveAdditional language skills—especially in Spanish, French, Italian, Romanian, or Polish. Experience with digital payment or subscription tools is a plus, but not required.
