YOUR IMPACTWe’re hiring an HR Business Partner to help us scale people’s operations and performance. We’re a compact but ambitious team, running 24/7 cybersecurity and infrastructure operations — and we’re looking for someone who can help us turn a working HR structure into a high-performing one. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY1. HR Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and activities, coordinating HR processes/policies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Collaborate with HR team members to streamline HR operations, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead and support the development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives, including benefit programs, performance reviews, and management/employee training programs. Actively monitor and remain updated on the ever-evolving legislative landscape within the realm of human resources, ensuring thorough awareness of new laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting HR practices and policies.

Comprehensive HR market analysis, including salary benchmarking, talent market monitoring, economic conditions tracking, industry engagement, and stakeholder collaboration to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Partner with key stakeholders to assess needs, design programs, and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement. 3. Talent Acquisition: Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in their activities, overseeing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from job profiling to offer negotiation. Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various functions and levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting candidates. Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team, including setting goals, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture (coaching, providing training and development opportunities, and promoting continuous learning and improvement)4. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies to uphold integrity and mitigate legal risks.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and training specialists to design and develop effective training programs that address identified needs. Taking a proactive role in planning and coordinating various company events, including team-building activities, recognition ceremonies, holiday parties, and corporate outings. 5. Organizational Development: Support organizational development efforts by conducting organizational assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, teamwork, and communication. Integrate career pathing initiatives with performance management processes to align individual goals with organizational objectives. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1.

5 years of experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven track record of successfully managing HR strategic initiatives, including benefit programs, performance reviews, and training programs. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. ) for various HR tasks, including report generation, data analysis, and presentation creation.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. WORK SCHEDULEHybrid schedule, 4 days from office, 1 day from home.
