That’s why we offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland, giving you the best of both worlds.What You Will DoAs our new Revenue Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of global revenue management strategies across both Ready-to-Drink (RTD) and Spirits categories. Working closely with the Head of Revenue Management, you will help design, implement, and review tools, processes, and policies that optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix. This hands-on, analytical role will collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams worldwide, providing data-driven insights that inform business decisions and drive profitable growth.Key Responsibilities IncludeSupport the Head of Revenue Management in the design and implementation of revenue management tools, pricing models, and policies across our international markets.Own the end-to-end process of entering, updating, and validating pricing data in relevant systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.Conduct pricing research and competitive analysis to establish market positioning and identify growth opportunities.Use data analytics to extract insights, trends, and actions that drive improved commercial performance.Assist in preparing monthly revenue and pricing reports, including promotional tracking, market share versus price, and performance reviews.Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to support pricing and promotional planning.Contribute to post-evaluation analyses of key promotions, assessing ROI (Return on Investment) and lessons learned for future activity.Provide timely and accurate data to support business decision-making and ongoing revenue management initiatives.What You'll BringBachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.3+ years’ experience in Revenue, Finance, or Commercial Analyst roles within a fast-paced, multinational environment.Proven ability to provide analytical insights, reporting, and recommendations to key functions such as Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and generate actionable insights.Advanced Excel proficiency, with experience in data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Understanding of commercial finance principles and familiarity with pricing as part of the marketing mixWho You AreStrong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.Drive growth & outcomes; activate complex work, enlist others effectively, anticipate and remove roadblocks.
