Revenue Analyst maximizes a hotel's revenue by using data to analyze market trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies.Responsible ToAnalyzing booking patterns, market trends, and demand to predict future needs and generate forecasts. Monitoring competitor pricing and adjusting the hotel's own rates to remain competitive and profitable. Creating detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue performance, presenting findings to management. Working with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure pricing and promotional strategies align with overall financial goals. Making recommendations on how to manage room inventory and distribution channels to maximize revenue. Tracking performance against budget targets and identifying any obstacles to achieving goalQualificationMin Diploma 3/Bachelor Degree of related majorAt least 1 year experience as Hotel Revenue AnalystUnderstanding of hotel revenue management principlesProficiency using Microsoft Excel
