You will coach, mentor, and develop agents, while ensuring sales processes and performance standards are met across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily coaching sessions (individual and group) to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.Implement operational strategies to boost productivity and meet KPIs.Monitor and analyze sales performance (conversion, retention, SPH, etc.) to identify trends and execute action plans.Design and deliver training content for new hires and ongoing agent development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and align business goals.Foster a positive, goal-oriented, and collaborative team culture.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business administration or related field.3+ years leadership experience (sales/contact center preferred)English level: B2 (Upper-intermediate).Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skillsExperience working with CRM tools & productivity platformsPreferred:2+ years in call center operations managementSales or retention certificationsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + monthly commissions & performance incentivesAnnual bonus based on company resultsComprehensive Benefits Package:Meal allowanceChildcare subsidyFully paid supplementary insuranceOn-site psychological assistanceAnnual bonus based on company performanceAccess to a cooperative savings planCareer Development: Clear pathway to managerial roles, training programs, and internal promotions.Work Schedule: Multiple fixed schedules available between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
