Job Description

Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepares daily and periodical collection and revenue report of Auxiliary projects;Maintains accurate revenue records for monitoring and operational use;Acknowledges deposits of clients, conducts due diligence necessary, and processes for effecting of deposit in the clients’ respective accounts;Communicates account balances to clients and escalates to supervisor in case of any collection issue;Establishes good working relations with clients and entertains inquiries that are accounts-related;Ensures timely transmittal of statement of accounts, transaction summary reports and corresponding official receipts for the clients;Analyzes and reconciles revenue collection on a daily and monthly basis with the Finance Division;Reports any founded discrepancies or issues on revenue and volume reports to Accounts Management Supervisor;Generates and prepares other ad-hoc reports as required by management; and,Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superiors from time to time.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducation: B.S. in Accountancy / Management or Business Management related courseExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and office management.Computer Skills: Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.CompetenciesCommunication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments.Critical Thinking: Can analyze situations and solve problems efficiently.Time Management: Knows how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Attention to Detail: Enures accuracy and precision in handling documents, data, and information.Teamwork and Proactive Attitude: Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and has the willingness to assist others.
