Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and goal-oriented Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and market share for our hotel properties.Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy ratesConduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunitiesCreate and maintain pricing structures across various distribution channelsGenerate accurate forecasts and reports to support decision-making processesCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategiesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue goals are metImplement and manage revenue management systems and toolsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue managementProvide training and guidance to team members on revenue management principlesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with online travel agencies and key partnersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel revenue managementStrong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growthProficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysisExperience with revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud PMS and IDeaS RMSExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearlyStrong understanding of pricing strategies and yield management techniquesExperience with data visualization tools to create impactful reportsKnowledge of the local hospitality market in Makkah, Saudi ArabiaFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesTeam player with a commitment to achieving organizational goalsAdaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to innovate revenue strategies
