Job Description

Revenue Manager Location: Abu Dhabi 5 Star Hotel Reports To: General Manager Position Summary The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and distribution channel optimization. The role oversees OTA performance, rate strategy, daily yield decisions, and monthly forecasting while working closely with Sales, Front Office, and Finance. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in achieving occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets. Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Pricing ·      Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies. ·      Monitor and adjust rates daily based on demand and competitor analysis. ·      Manage room inventory allocation across all distribution channels. ·      Optimize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy performance. OTA & Distribution Management ·      Manage and optimize OTA platforms including: o  Booking.com o  Expedia Group o  Agoda ·      Analyze channel production and cost of acquisition. ·      Ensure rate parity across all platforms. ·      Manage promotions, flash sales, and visibility campaigns. Forecasting & Reporting ·      Prepare daily pickup reports and performance analysis. ·      Produce weekly and monthly revenue forecasts. ·      Present revenue reports to the General Manager. ·      Analyze market trends and competitor pricing. Strategic Planning ·      Conduct competitor benchmarking. ·      Identify high-demand periods and implement yield strategies. ·      Collaborate with Sales to align group strategy with transient pricing. ·      Participate in annual budgeting process. Minimum Requirements ·      Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management. ·      Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field ·      CRME or equivalent certification preferred ·      Advanced Excel proficiency required ·      Proven experience managing OTAs daily. ·      Strong forecasting and reporting experience. ·      Experience with PMS and RMS systems (Opera preferred). ·      Strong analytical and commercial skills. ·      Experience in Middle East market preferred. ·      Advanced Excel skills required.
