Company DescriptionThe Noir Club is a boutique commercial strategy consultancy dedicated to helping independent and lifestyle hotels optimize revenue, distribution, and market positioning.Using a data-driven and profit-first approach, we partner with hotel owners and operators to build tailored strategies that maximize operating income and long-term asset value.Our expertise spans revenue management, budgeting, pricing strategy, digital marketing, hotel technology, and distribution, ensuring sustainable and measurable growth for each property we work with.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Revenue Manager with Marriott Select Service experience (Courtyard, Aloft, AC, Moxy, Fairfield, Four Points, etc.).This remote role can be full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone who understands Marriott’s One Yield, MARSHA, HPP, and MRDW systems and can translate data into actionable commercial strategy.You will oversee daily and weekly revenue reporting, analyze trends, optimize pricing, and ensure alignment across revenue, sales, and marketing initiatives. The position also supports The Noir Club’s consulting projects and client audits, helping our partner hotels drive profitability and competitive positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and analyze daily pickup, rate-shop, and on-the-books reports via One Yield and MRDWMonitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategy in real timeRecommend dynamic pricing strategies and maintain rate integrity across all channelsOptimize Marriott Bonvoy redemption performance and monitor reimbursement trendsCollaborate with property teams on forecasting, budgeting, and strategy callsProvide clear, data-driven insights to owners, GMs, and The Noir Club leadershipPrepare Excel and PowerPoint presentations summarizing performance and opportunitiesSupport strategic audits and hotel onboarding by reviewing comp-set positioning, pricing logic, and tech stack setupQualifications2–3+ years of Marriott revenue management experience, ideally within Select Service brandsProficiency in One Yield, MARSHA, HPP, and MRDW (required)Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with Lighthouse/OTA Insight, STR, or SynXis is a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environmentWhy Join The Noir ClubWork remotely with a flexible scheduleCollaborate with a global portfolio of boutique and branded hotelsDirect involvement in commercial strategy, positioning, and innovation projectsGrowth opportunities within a dynamic, entrepreneurial consultancy
