Revenue Manager

About Us:Upgreat Hospitality is a boutique hospitality management agency based in Athens, specializing in providing tailored solutions to small/medium sized hotels and unique properties across Greece.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team and oversee the revenue strategies for our diverse portfolio of hotels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize revenue across multiple properties.Perform daily price yielding and inventory management to maximize occupancy and revenue.Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to refine pricing strategies.Collaborate closely with Upgreat's management team to align revenue strategies with business goals.Create weekly and monthly reports, and communicate effectively current performance and future projections towards the ownership of each hotelMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates, ensuring targets are met.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Proven track record in revenue management, preferably within the Athens hospitality market.Technical Skills: Familiarity with revenue tools such as Rate Shopper, RMS, or equivalent systems. Knowledge of setting up from scratch new properties on OTAs.Multitasking: Ability to manage revenue for multiple properties simultaneously, while meeting demanding goals and deadlines.Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and strategic decision-making.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
