We’re building the next evolution of domain-tech products, and we’re expanding our Operations team with a highly structured, analytical and reliable professional.About the RoleWe are looking for a Revenue Operations & Accountant to take ownership of financial operations, revenue processes, reporting, and internal controls.This person will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability as the company grows.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, comfortable in fast execution environments, and able to build processes from scratch.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue OperationsManage and optimize revenue workflows across products (Freename, Domora, and related services).Track, reconcile, and report revenues across multiple payment providers.Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring revenue reports.Support pricing, billing, invoicing, refunds, and account reconciliations.Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition and financial data.Accounting & FinanceDaily bookkeeping and accounting entries.Monthly closing, P&L preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation.Vendor payments, supplier management, expense tracking.VAT and compliance tasks under Swiss regulations.Work with external auditors and fiduciaries.Operational SupportImprove internal processes and financial workflows.Implement accounting software.Support management with ad-hoc reports and data requests.Ensure financial hygiene across teams.RequirementsMinimum 4 years experience in Accounting, Revenue Operations, or Finance.Strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets proficiency.Deep understanding of accounting and financial principles.Excellent English (written and spoken).Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and ownership.Experience in startups or tech companies is a strong plus.Strong sense of responsibility and process discipline.What We OfferCompetitive salary and incentive structure.Fast-paced environment with real ownership.Work directly with founders and leadership.Opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a fast-scaling company.Office in Lugano with hybrid flexibility.How to applySend your CV to: davide@freename.comSubject: “Revenue Operations & Accountant – Application”
