Revit Drafter - New Homes - CBD Fringe

You will be responsible for producing accurate and compliant drawings, ensuring every plan aligns with client requirements, building regulations, and company standards. The environment is collaborative you will be working closely with estimating, sales, and construction teams who value clear communication and efficiency.What you will be doing:Produce high quality construction drawings in Revit for investment and owner occupied builds Ensure all plans comply with NCC, local council, and covenant requirements Work with internal teams to review and update plans based on client selections and design changes Assist with tender documentation and contract sets Manage plan revisions efficiently and maintain version control Contribute to improving drafting systems and workflows where you see opportunities to streamline processes You will fit in here if you enjoy being part of a team that supports each other, takes pride in accuracy, and values a good laugh along the way.To be successful, you will need:Experience using Revit in a residential drafting role (essential) A solid understanding of residential construction methods, codes, and design principles Previous experience working for a builder, developer, or building design firm Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files with accuracy A proactive, solutions focused mindset and willingness to collaborate This is a great opportunity to join a respected, growing builder that balances professionalism with personality.
