Join our TeamJoin our cutting-edge antenna development team and play a key role in shaping the future of mobile communication. We’re looking for a passionate RF Developer to drive innovation in radiator and antenna front-end design within our product development organization.As an RF Developer, you will focus on developing radiating elements and passive radiation pattern-shaping structures for our mobile communication base station antennas. You’ll be involved in the entire development cycle—from concept to integration—working with state-of-the-art simulation tools and collaborating in cross-functional, international teams where innovation and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.What You’ll DoDesign, simulate, and verify radiating components for passive multiband base station antennas and active antenna systemsDrive the 3D simulation and development of radiating components from initial concept to mass productionIntegrate and optimize radiating elements within the overall antenna systemConduct and support RF measurements on hardware prototypesDocument and present results clearly within project and department teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to support troubleshooting and technical guidanceContinuously improve component design, performance, and cost-efficiencyWork closely within cross-functional, global teams to share knowledge and innovate togetherWhat You BringBachelor's with relevant experience, or a Master’s/University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a strong RF backgroundProven experience in RF and antenna designSolid understanding of radiating component development and integrationExpertise in 3D EM simulation tools (e.g., CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS)Experience with 2D simulation tools (e.g., AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS)Basic knowledge of RF and antenna measurement techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated, with a structured and self-driven work styleExcellent teamwork and communication skills in an international environmentProficiency in English, both written and spokenNice to HaveExperience with RF filter design or frequency selective surfaces (FSS)Familiarity with machine learning and optimization algorithmsKnowledge of MATLAB, PythonUnderstanding of PIM/EMC design and measurementsGerman language skills are a plusThe role requires relocation to Rosenheim, Germany.
