Job Description

Our client, a leading defence technology organisation, is seeking an experienced RF Integration and Field Support Engineer to join their team in Finland. This critical role involves the integration, testing, and field support of advanced electronic warfare equipment. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge RF systems, ensuring optimal performance of sophisticated defence technologies whilst providing technical expertise to clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate and test RF components and subsystems within electronic warfare platforms, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and performance requirementsConduct system-level testing, troubleshooting, and validation of RF electronic warfare equipment in laboratory and field environmentsProvide technical field support to clients, including on-site installation, commissioning, and training on electronic warfare systemsDiagnose and resolve complex RF integration issues, working collaboratively with design engineers and project teamsDevelop and execute test procedures, integration plans, and technical documentation for electronic warfare systemsSupport product demonstrations, field trials, and customer acceptance testing activitiesMaintain detailed records of integration activities, test results, and field service reportsLiaise with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers to ensure successful system deliveryTravel domestically and internationally to client sites as required for installation, maintenance, and technical support activitiesEnsure all work complies with defence industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocolsYleiskatsausAsiakkaamme, johtava puolustusteknologiaorganisaatio, etsii kokemusta RF-integraatio- ja kenttätukiinsinööriä tiiminsä vahvistamiseksi Suomessa.
