On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies Cambodia, we are looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join their dynamic team in the position below: Position: RF Planning and Optimization EngineerResponsibilities:Radio performance KPI monitoringRadio network planning, GSM/UMTS/LTE/NSA (SA)New cell performance tuning including DT analysisCluster performance analysis and optimization solutionParameter optimization for call drop, handover failure and access failureSolution of optimization for coverage and capacity.Requirements:Familiar with main KPIs of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NSA (SA);Familiar with wireless communication theory, familiar with wireless radio technology relevant international standards and technical specifications.Familiar with wireless UMTS and LTE technology, and take initiatives for learning 5G;Familiar with principle of radio planning and optimization.Work language English;Communication skills, initiative, and team work;PC and office application skills.
