The consultant will lead the on-site deployment and optimization of RFID solutions, ensuring robust connectivity, seamless data flow, and tailored system performance aligned with client environments.Key Responsibilities:• 🔧 Install and configure Zebra RFID devices and software, including firmware updates, middleware integration, and performance tuning.• 🌐 Design and implement network configurations to support RFID data transmission, including IP addressing, switch/router setup, and wireless access points.• 🧩 Customize RFID workflows to meet operational requirements, including tag encoding, reader zoning, and data filtering logic.• 📊 Integrate RFID systems with existing ERP or database platforms, ensuring real-time synchronization and data integrity.• 🧑‍🏫 Conduct technical training sessions for client teams on system usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.• 🛎️ Provide on-site and remote support, including diagnostics, issue resolution, and system upgrades.• 📁 Document installation procedures, network diagrams, and configuration parameters for institutional reference.• 🧠 Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to assess client needs and propose scalable RFID solutions.
