We are expanding our team with a new RFP & Partnerships Outreach Specialist — a unique role that combines opportunity research with relationship building to drive our growth and 2026 strategy forward.What You’ll DoResearch and track RFPs across federal, state, local, and higher-ed procurement portals.Qualify opportunities and prepare summaries for executive review.Make outbound phone calls to potential partners, procurement officials, and other key contacts.Identify and cultivate new private-sector partners, primes, and niche firms.Support teaming agreements and business development outreach.Provide research and insights that expand Quantam’s GovFlex reach and subcontracting network.Communicate effectively through email, phone, and written reports.Represent Quantam at occasional conferences, partner meetings, and industry events.What We’re Looking ForExperience in research, government contracting, or business development preferred but not mandatory.Comfortable making professional outreach calls to partners and procurement contacts.Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills.Excellent writing skills for proposals, summaries, and partner communications.Strong analytical ability to qualify opportunities quickly.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.Familiarity with staffing services or compliance-heavy industries is a plus.Success in this Role Looks LikeQuantam consistently has a qualified pipeline of RFPs across all government levels.Strong new partnerships are formed that expand Quantam’s reach and subcontracting opportunities.GovFlex service lines gain visibility and traction through teaming arrangements.Executive leadership has clear visibility into RFP and partner pipelines, enabling data-driven pursuit decisions.Why Join Quantam?Be part of a growing company shaping the future of government staffing.High-impact role directly tied to growth, strategy, and partnerships.Competitive salary $70k–$100k, based on experience.Fully remote with occasional travel for conferences and partner meetings.Ready to play a key role in expanding Quantam’s reach and building powerful partnerships?
