About The ProposalPHAMA Plus is seeking an experienced videographer or video production companies based in Samoa to produce a high-quality video segment in Samoan with English subtitles on the use of solar dryers and pounders in agriculture that aligns with our project’s vision and objectives. This is a call for interested videographers or companies to submit a proposal and share relevant work samples. This will involve filming in two locations:
Savai’i to capture stories of three program partners Apia to interview the supplier of the solar dryers and Samoa Business Hub (a program that may be able to provide support to those interested). Deliverables Develop a script for the video in collaboration with the PHAMA Plus Country Team in Samoa A professionally shot and edited video segment of approximately 10-15 minutes in duration High-resolution final output in preferred format, MP4 Raw footage and project files (if required) Any necessary colour correction, audio enhancements, and basic graphics or text overlays.
