Our Client: Our client is a well-established auditing firm, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a Vice President to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage sales managers across multiple APAC territoriesDesign and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectivesDrive revenue growth through expansion of key accounts and acquisition of new clients (hospitals, clinics, government entities, distributors)Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Clinical teams to deliver tailored commercial solutionsAnalyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with KOLs and procurement decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystemEnsure compliance with local medical regulations and internal corporate policiesProvide regular performance updates and forecasts to senior leadershipThe RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Business, Healthcare, or Life SciencesMinimum 10 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of dialysis is a strong advantageStrategic thinker with operational discipline and excellent analytical skills RGF Privacy Policy – https:
