Analytics Intern at Lumenix by RGM Consulting (Amsterdam, January 2026 Start) Who You Will Work WithYou will be part of the Analytics team within our Revenue Growth Management practice, based in our Amsterdam office. You’ll join a rapidly growing group applying data science and advanced analytics to real-world business challenges across a variety of industries—delivering measurable and lasting impact for our clients.You’ll work in small teams (typically 1–3 analysts, consultants, and project leads), contributing actively to every phase of our client engagements.We help our clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of growth-related topics. The mission of our practice is to help business leaders realize meaningful growth transformations so that the companies they lead can deliver substantial value today and tomorrow.Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas such as brand development, pricing, product mix, trade promotions & investments, innovation, route to market, and customer experience.  What You Will DoYou will help develop data-driven strategies to support growth, marketing, and sales decisions for leading clients—especially in the consumer goods sector.Your responsibilities will include:· Framing business problems and designing, implementing, and scaling analytical solutions· Applying advanced modeling techniques, including machine learning (e.g., regression, time series, xgboost, neural networks)· Writing optimized code to enhance our internal Data Science Toolbox· Translating data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams· Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, commercial, and operational data· Developing and validating hypotheses using quantitative methods· Contributing to client deliverables and participating in presentations· Collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across disciplines  Who We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for motivated, analytical thinkers who combine technical depth with business intuition:· Skilled in Python (required); experience with R or SQL is a plus· Experience with machine learning and advanced modeling techniques· Bonus: familiarity with Streamlit, Dash, or similar visualization frameworks· Strong mindset for turning data into actionable business insights· A self-starter who is structured, adaptable, and both strategic and hands-on· Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams· Clear communicator able to explain complex ideas simply and convincingly· Demonstrated leadership through academics or extracurricular activities· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint· Fluent in English  Education & Availability Requirements· Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s or a Master’s program in: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field· Enrolled at a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship and eligible to work in the Netherlands· Available full-time (40 hours/week) starting January 2026 for 5–6 months· Able to work from our Amsterdam office at least 3 days per week  What We Offer· A young and dynamic team where your contributions matter· A competitive internship allowance· 15 days of paid leave (pro-rata based on internship duration)· Bi-monthly team events and an annual company retreat· Access to mentorship, resources, and learning opportunities to support your growth  Ready to make an impact?Apply now and help shape the future of growth through analytics. For any questions, please reach out to: recruitment@rgmconsultancy.com
