About The RoleWe are looking for an IT Executive, Operations & Admin to lead and manage RHB Bank Brunei's technology operations, infrastructure and administrative functions. Your work will drive operational excellence across IT systems and infrastructure, uphold compliance and risk governance, and strengthen cybersecurity and business continuity frameworks. What You Will Be DoingManage and maintain core IT infrastructure, administer banking systems, troubleshoot technical issues, uphold cybersecurity standards, and utilize ticketing platforms for issue tracking. Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, coordinate audit processes, and oversee risk assessments and incident reporting in line with financial sector guidelines.
Plan and report on IT budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), lead technology projects, and manage vendor relationships for procurement and service delivery. Oversee IT asset lifecycle, manage user access and identity controls, and coordinate preventative maintenance across physical and digital systemsOversee IT asset lifecycle, manage user access and identity controls, and coordinate preventative maintenance across physical and digital systemsExtract and report data for regulatory submissions, maintain and update operational manuals, and communicate planned system downtimes to stakeholders. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity or Information SystemMin 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations within a banking or financial institutionProven track record in managing infrastructure, user systems, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment. Familiarity with banking systems such as ICBA, SWIFT, TMSX, and ATM/CDM infrastructure
