Copenhagen (2/3 days at the office)Employment Type: Full-time regularThe PositionRIB Denmark A/S is looking for a Finance Business Partner - Accounting to lead a small scale accounting team in Denmark. The primary responsibility is to ensure accurate accounting and tax compliance in accordance with local and international accounting standards. Meet compliance requirements within RIB and holding companies and support the company’s stakeholders in all finance and control- related matters. This position is based out of Copenhagen with the possibility of partial remote work.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the company's daily financial operationsResponsibility for all accounting processes for RIB Denmark A/S, including tax compliance and statutory financial statements, both in preparation and executionFull responsibility for the company's financial reporting and adherence to group accounting policy and reporting deadlinesContact person for auditors - internal and external, in all aspects of financial controlsManage the payroll accountingRoyalty management with monthly intercompany reconciliationVat compliance, processing, reviewing and reportingLead on-going and quarterly financial forecastingProvide dashboards & analyses for local managementMonitor financial profitability ratios to ensure profitability of the businessCompliance to all group policiesAdministrative coordination and statutory supportRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, (or related field) 5 or more years of (managerial) accounting experienceHands on experienceSkills And AbilitiesExperience in general ledger, IFRS as well as tax Affinity for numbers, mastery of financial concepts, intimate knowledge of financial statements Conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills A strong team player with experience working independently on topics with structured approach Leadership capability and change management skills Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization Flexible and agile with ad-hoc reporting requestsAttention to detail & commitment to deadlinesMotivated By Our Values & Vision, We Are Driving The Digital Transformation Of Our Customers - For a More Digital, Efficient And Sustainable Engineering And Construction Industry.
