OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of our family-owned and operated property management company. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong working relationships, and takes pride in being a trusted partner to executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and adaptable, with a strong sense of professionalism and an appreciation for the personalized approach that defines our company culture. ResponsibilitiesYou will support our Vice President who oversees contract, all interior design, our Dallas market, construction and much more.
Duties would include making travel arrangements for all executives, phone coverage, typing correspondence, filing, data entry, negotiating with vendors and assist owner's personal secretaries in the day to day operation of the executive office, and other projects as assigned.
