Job Description

MAIN PURPOSEWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Projects Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various digital and data projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, to the satisfaction of stakeholders, whilst ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a good understanding of digital technologies, project and stakeholder management as well as excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will work with the global and regional digital teams, Richemont management, and all end users in the delivery of various projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders (product owners and key users). Develop and maintain detailed project plans, and timelines. Continuously evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Team Collaboration And CommunicationCollaborate with different users and stakeholders, to understand their needs to facilitate the product roadmap. Clearly outline defined project scope, goals, and deliverables to all project participants. Facilitate communication and collaboration across product owner, program managers, key users, and stakeholders. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members. Resolve conflicts and address challenges that arise during project execution. Business Analytics & ReportingCollect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to improve processes or support strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, ROI, and performance trends. QualificationsExperience: 3+ years in IT/Digital project management (management of complex projects that stretch across different regions and stakeholders would be advantageous). Track record in business analytics, reporting, and visualisation. Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) to both internal and external stakeholders. Competencies for success:
