Position Overview: Richmond Properties is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist tosupport our growing recruitment needs across various departments. In this role, you will beresponsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening tocoordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:
Post job ads and manage listings across various job boards and platformsSource and screen candidates based on role requirements and cultural fitConduct initial phone/video interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all touchpointsCoordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-onboarding stepsSupport the recruitment team with hiring reports and market researchEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policiesRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate.
Experience hiring for roles in Sales, Marketing, or administrative departments are preferredFamiliarity with ATS platforms & LinkedIn Recruiter.
