We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing EMEA team in Denmark, focused on driving sales and growth of Ricoh Spaces, our innovative SaaS Workplace Management Platform. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
What you will be doingDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ricoh Spaces across the EMEA region Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key markets and customer segments to grow our direct sales pipeline Establish a structured sales approach including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at C-level, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle Lead client meetings, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close high-value deals Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities, feeding into marketing and sales strategy Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT – and lead on cross-border RFPs where required You will ideally haveA degree in Business, IT, or equivalent commercial/technical qualifications with relevant experience (e.
g. Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager) Solid track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a multi-national or enterprise environment Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling into large organisations at C-level Deep understanding of the software solutions, SaaS, or digital workplace platforms landscape Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e. g.
