Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Rider Supervision:- Lead, guide, and support a group of approximately 120 riders.- Monitor rider check-in/out, attendance, shift performance, and breaks.- Ensure all riders are aligned with daily delivery targets and service expectations.Delivery Execution Support:- Track live delivery status and assist riders in resolving issues (e.g., navigation, faileddeliveries).- Support in routing adjustments and communicate urgent site instructions to theteam.Shift Readiness:- Ensure riders are equipped with necessary assets (devices, fuel system, gear, etc.).- Coordinate with Fleet Support and Facility teams for any rider concerns or issues.Performance Monitoring:- Report individual rider performance, delays, incidents, or no-shows to SiteManager.- Follow up on rider KPIs such as order count, delivery timing, and customerfeedback.Compliance and Safety:- Ensure all riders adhere to Hungerstation’s safety guidelines, dress code, andoperational SOPs.- Report any violations, accidents, or customer issues in a timely manner.Training and Coaching:- Provide on-the-job coaching to riders to improve service quality and deliveryefficiency.- Support onboarding and orientation of new riders at the site.Incident Handling:- Act as first line of response for delivery-related issues or rider emergencies.- Escalate major incidents to the Site Last Mile Manager and Control Tower asneeded.Reporting and Communication:- Submit daily rider logs, performance summaries, and issue trackers.- Maintain strong communication with Site Manager and other departments.Qualifications & Experience:2-4 years of relevant experience.English LanguageStrong capability in MS Offices.Strong follow up skills.Good knowledge in traffic standards and challenges.High Diploma in Logistics, Business, or any other related field.
